There is no dress code, however, some ladies like to wear sexy casual or

night wear ...whatever you feel comfortable in to mix with like-minded people. Or stay in your streetwear (bear in mind, it is a very warm environment).

Just a note about your safety and comfort. Our premises has a closed system central heating, vented to the outside with radiators throughout to ensure our customers are warm in a safe environment. Also, we have a powerful air-conditioning system on the top floor and lounge area for the summer months. And fresh air ventilation on the upper and basement levels.

Our premises is up to date with current fire regulations. All these create a very safe environment for our guests.

n.b. We take bookings for Private Rooms and Cabins. These can be booked by calling 07377 213227 (this number is only answered 11am - 4pm Thursday to Saturday) or txt outside those hours and ask for a callback. You can just turn up and pay on the door if you prefer a locker.

There are reasonably priced soft drinks available including great coffee and tea.

Feel free to bring your own alcohol, so no unexpected huge bar bill at the end of the night. Bring your own plastic cups and glasses, this will reduce our impact on the environment.

Free Wi-Fi in the lounge/reception area. NO PHOTOGRAPHY ALLOWED anywhere within the premises.

The venue is on 4 floors. The reception level has a lounge area and the private cabins, half a floor down is the changing room and toilet area. A large open play area and private rooms are on the floor above the reception. The floor below reception has the sauna, steam room and showers. A small video area, dark rooms and rest rooms. The spa bath (which can hold up to 20 people) and a large open play area is on the floor below the sauna level.

You are welcome to use mobile phones in the lounge area, (we appreciate some guests may want to stay in contact with babysitters etc.) but please, NO PHOTOGRAPHY anywhere on the premises. Anyone seen filming or taking photographs will be asked to leave and permanently banned.

The private rooms feature double beds, hand wash basins, storage area, TVs showing videos, for total privacy and security.

Please note, Pre- Op Trans people are welcome to attend the Club Taboo nights or the Fetish / bdsm events. For your own comfort, it is not advisable to attend any other events.

When arriving please press the bell on the right of the double doors and wait for the buzzer to be let in.

Secure parking is close by at Fleet Walk car park - open 24 hrs. Only 100m away. Exit on the 9th floor and walk down Rock Road, Steamer Quay is on the right opposite number 7.
